Everything was close by the airport the malls, resaturants , wal mart and it was even walking distances.

Nicely furnished rooms and quietness so close to the airport. Clubfloor at 5th floor guarantees privacy.

The pool area was very nice. Good location, close to airport.

The hotel staff was extremely rude. I have never experienced customer service from a hotel on such a poor level. No ice machines, cabs were not called when requested, ice & toilet paper were requested& front desk forgot & had to be re-quested. We had an issue with our booking when we arrived. We checked with the front desk & were told all was in order. The following day, the locks were changed on the room, without a phone call to us. We went & took care of the issue, went back up to the room & had been given room keys that didn't work for a second time.

Location is perfect, if you have a car, .. Free parking, close to some malls and dunkin donuts on the other side of the street..rooms are clean and a kingside bed where you'll get lost in..

The beds were very comfortable and the attendant spoke pleasantly

Great service! Good establishment and most of all Great Service! Every single employee, from housekeeping and maintainance personnell to front dest and managers were great. Every one smiled and greeted you and really did their very best in every situation to make you feel great! This is a good hotel with Great Service! Although, I would not recommend it for families, romantic getaways or sport activity vaccations due to its location and general appearance. It suits best for the business traveller or for someone who have some appointment in this area of the town.

i had a problem when a bought a movie one evening and the picture ''froze'' on the tv screen,so we couldn't watch the movie.I spoke to someone at the front desk and the problem could only be solved the next day,so we wouldn'be charged for the movie.I was still charged on my bill for the movie and when i went to the front desk,the deskclerk wasn't aware of that,nobody told him,and he wasn't very happy with me because i didn't want to pay for a movie i couldn't watch,he made me feel like i was lying and didn't want to pay,and i really did not appreciate that! also,the price i paid for the hotel and the price indicated at booking .com wasn't the same,very tricky!

The airport is very close to the airport, the rooms are very well appointed and the staff is exceptional...... and has some fun and funky jewelley in the gift shop for my wife and is just a short stroll from one of my favorite BBQ spots in Doral/Miami area!!! So we both win!

There isn't a thing that I didn't like.... it was fantastic value for the $

Employées speak with u directly in spanish Bad smell in the room (old... Never fresh air from outside) Bad service and untastfull fonds at thé restaurant!!!!

Super design, friendly , professional and helpful staff. . I will recommend for our friends, and probably will return again if the price is right. These are hard economy times.

Nice hotel as you may expect from Intercontinental. Very good breakfast (check if it is included in your room price / arrangements. Location is not very good although good reacheable by car (via highway etc.), about 20 to 30 min from Miami Beach / downtown.
